There are many ways for someone to show they are accountable for bringing out the best (or worst) in you.
Large companies are accountable to shareholders and shareholders to the bottom line.
Employees look to supervisors and supervisors look to managers.
A CEO answers to a Board.
And, there are many ways of feeling protected….which is a form of accountability to oneself and others.
A caterpillar has a cocoon.
A nut has its shell.
Fish are surrounded by the ocean.
And people are accountable to each other for humanity’s survival.
